WHAT ARE THE AVERAGE SPEEDS OF THE INTERNET YOU PROVIDE?
The speeds depend entirely on how close you are to towers in your area. For the most part we quote 5-10mbps however in real world tests we have been seeing closer to 10-20mbps.
WILL THE WIFI REACH MY WHOLE HOUSE?
Most of the time yes. We can get the whole house with just one piece of equipment. However, if you have a fairly large house. We always have extenders on hand to make sure it does reach the whole house.
WHAT’S INVOLVED IN SETUP?
There are no big antennas or satellite dishes. No holes in your walls. No mounting anything on your roof. No appointments and waiting around for someone to show up! We send you a self-install kit. You find the best signal in your house and plug it in! It’s that simple. Yeah.. really it’s that simple.
THERE ARE A LOT OF TREES WHERE I LIVE CAN YOU STILL GET SERVICE TO ME?
That’s what we specialize in! For the most part i’d say 90 percent of the time we can get service to you regardless of how many trees you have. However, in some rare cases where we can not get you with our standard equipment. We also have some advanced solutions that can defintly help. Basic rule of thumb though is if you have cell phone reception you can most likely get our service.
